Program for year round youth
In addition to the below training, Michigan FC offers goalkeeper training all year for all ages.
Michigan FC Cross Fit Training
Training that prevents injuries, increases flexibility, stimulates players to become more coordinated, and improves performance. Coaches at Michigan FC are certified to provide level 1 and 2 cross fit training to take players / athletes to the next level in the sports careers. Year round programs as follows
Boys training
Summer
Cross Fit Training (10 to 17 years old)
Team Camp (1st two weeks of August)
Fall and Spring
• Team Training Minimum 2 Days Per Week • Street Soccer (Fridays)• 8 to 10 Games/Season• 2 to 4 Tournaments
Winter
• Team Training Minimum 1 Day Per Week• Weekly Technical Training (Jan-March)• U11-U12 Minimum 10 Games (Nov-March) • Michigan FC 5’s Futsal (U7-U10)
